Service Agreement

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service

Bookings

All bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the pickup time. Any booking made in violation of this requirement may be refused or cancelled.

Payments

All major credit and debit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.

Cancellations

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the agreed pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the agreed pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Waiting Time

Adoride provides 1 hour of free waiting time after a plane has landed. Additional waiting time will be charged at £30 per hour.

Surcharge

Extra charges apply on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, as well as a 20% surcharge for transfers between 22:00 and 5:00.

Luggage

Adoride’s Mercedes-Benz E-Class vehicles can accommodate up to 3 passengers and up to 2 large suitcases + 2 carry-on bags. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure their luggage fits within these limits.

Special Requests

All special requests, including but not limited to child safety seats, bottled water, Wi-Fi, meet and greet services, or specific drivers, must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee that all will be met.

Liability

Adoride is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by unforeseen traffic, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors outside our control. However, we will do our best to accommodate and compensate as appropriate.

Lost Items

Adoride is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. However, we will do our best to return any found items to their owners.

User Conduct

Users are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner. Adoride reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
