Airport Pickup & Waiting Time

All airport transfers include flight monitoring.

If a flight arrives early or is delayed, pickup time is adjusted automatically using verified flight data.

Included airport waiting time:

• Up to 60 minutes from actual landing time

Hotel, Train Station & Cruise Terminal Pickup

For all non-airport pickups:

• Pickup time is confirmed in advance

• Vehicles arrive based on the agreed schedule

• 30 minutes of waiting time is included

Vehicles & Luggage

Transfers are completed using executive vehicles, selected based on passenger numbers and declared luggage.

• One vehicle per booking

• No shared or pooled journeys

Vehicle size and capacity are confirmed during booking.

Stops & Route Adjustments

This is a point-to-point transfer service, not a tour.

Planned stops or route adjustments are supported when agreed in advance, including:
